I, the person completing the registration form, hereby give my consent to Ananyev Sergey Alexeyevich, 030225500923, acting as the owner and operator of INTERRA personal data, to collect and process the following personal data:

• Year of birth.
• First and last name.
• Gender.
• Registered category.
• Email address.
• Sporting result.

This consent is given for the purposes of registration, organisation and conduct of INTERRA sporting events, preparation of start lists and results, and maintenance of a sporting results archive.

I consent to the transfer of my registration data to other organisers of INTERRA events solely for the performance of organisational tasks.

I also consent to the publication of my first and last name, year of birth and category in publicly accessible sources, including the INTERRA website, and, after the event, the publication of my gender and sporting result.

My email address shall not be made publicly available.

Registration data shall be processed until the event has been completed and the results have been prepared. Data contained in archived results shall be processed for 10 years from the date of the event.

No planned cross-border transfer of personal data shall take place.

I may withdraw my consent by sending a request to interraorient@gmail.com, subject to the limitations established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

If a minor is registered by their legal representative, consent shall be given by that representative on behalf of the participant.
